North is currently a business and trading name used by Ayush Malik for independent consulting and implementation services. North is not presently incorporated as a private limited company, LLP, partnership, or other separate legal entity. Any agreement entered into under the North name is entered into by Ayush Malik unless the relevant agreement expressly states otherwise.

References to North, we, us, or our across this website mean Ayush Malik carrying on business under the name North, unless a separate agreement states otherwise. North is not a separate legal person from Ayush Malik.

We publish no company registration number, no corporate identity number, no LLP identification number and no tax registration number, because none exists for this business at present. If that changes, this page will be updated before those details are used anywhere else.

Until a separate legal entity is formed and clients are formally notified, Ayush Malik is the contracting service provider for all engagements carried out under the North name. Enquiries, proposals, agreements, invoices, payments and liabilities all sit with him personally in that capacity.

If an entity is formed later, existing clients will be told before any engagement is moved to it, and no transfer will happen quietly.

The North name, wordmark, chevron mark, written copy, frameworks, diagrams, methodology, visual system, page layouts and website code are owned by Ayush Malik or used with permission. Ownership of material produced during a client engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

Copying, republishing, scraping, reselling or reusing the content of this website commercially, or presenting it as your own, is not permitted. Nor is using the North name or marks in a way that suggests an association, endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

If you believe someone is misusing our name or material, or if you believe something on this site infringes your rights, write to us with the detail and we will look into it.

Product names, company names, logos and trademarks belonging to other organisations, including the platforms and services referred to across this site, remain the property of their respective owners. They are used only to identify those products and services, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by their owners.
